Just 1 minute away there is a large ALDI supermarket, and within 5–7 minutes’ walk you’ll find a shopping area with bars, restaurants and stores.
The residential complex includes a swimming pool and peaceful areas to rest after the beach or a round of golf.

• ✅ Smoking is allowed in the garden

• 🐾 Pets allowed on request.  Maximum two dogs under 15 kg. Minimum cost €11 per stay and per pet. For stays of 6 nights or more, €0.50 per night and per pet. For dogs over 15 kg, a maximum of 1 (please check availability), with a cost of €12 per stay and €0.50 per night from the 6th night onwards. Payment is made to the cleaning staff via Bizum or in cash with a receipt

• 🔕 Quiet hours: 11 pm – 8 am.

• Check-out: 8:30 am – 11,30 am.

Other

• Cleaning supplement: €11/hour (minimum 2 hours).
  Washing and ironing: €10/kg (minimum 3 kg)

• Long stays up to 30 nights (possible renewal on request).

• Guest liability for damages to the property of up to €300 in case of any unintentional incident. Damages caused with proven bad faith are subject to legal action and assessment by a specialist.
