METHOD OF DIRECT PAYMENT
🧾 Price policy (parity with Booking)
For direct bookings, the nightly rate will match our Booking.com listing for those dates.
🗓️ How to book directly
1) Email us at reservas@granalacantstay.com or WhatsApp +34 652875173
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of guests (adults/children)
2) We’ll confirm availability and the same price shown on Booking.com.
3) We’ll send a secure payment link (card via Stripe or PayPal), or our bank details if you prefer a transfer.
💳 Payment (direct booking)
• Deposit: 30% to confirm the booking.
• Balance: 70% up to 20 days before arrival.
• Methods: Card (Stripe), PayPal, or bank transfer
❌ Cancellation
• Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival.
• After that, our confirmation email will state the applicable policy.
📌 Note
Once payment is received, we’ll email your confirmation. We’ll then inform RE/MAX to arrange check-in, check-out and the stay agreement.
Important note:
When making the payment, please add your full name and your reservation dates (check-in and check-out) in the payment note. This will help us identify your payment quickly.

Local support:
We work with RE/MAX Gran Alacant for check-in and check-out.
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, we will inform RE/MAX so they can welcome you, handle the stay agreement, and assist you during your stay.
